The IPWEAQ Powers and Responsibilities for Local Government - Water is a one day program which offers local government practitioners a detailed analysis of the primary legislation affecting local government operations. This program has been developed to provide delegates with updates on current legislation, including powers of entry and access to infrastructure, enforcement of water rights, metering and levying of charging etc. The course will be held in Brisbane on 17 February 2010.
