The Queensland Development Code (QDC) provides a framework for Queensland-specific building standards outside the scope of and in addition to the Building Code of Australia (BCA). Of particular interest to Local Government Water Industry are Part 25 - Water Savings Targets and Part 9 - Stormwater Drainage.

Plumbing Code of Australia
The Plumbing Code of Australia is produced by the National Plumbing Regulators Forum on behalf of each State and Territory Government, and sets out performance based technical provisions for the design, construction, installation, replacement, repair, alteration and maintenance of plumbing and drainage installations throughout Australia. Qld Plumbing and Wastewater Code
The Queensland Plumbing and Wastewater Code is currently being updated and will include Part 1 - Onsite Sewerage Facilities, Part 2 - Use and Disposal of Greywater and Part 3 - Treatment Areas. The current QPWC is available here.

STP Operations and Maintenance Manual (QWD)
The QWD developed an operations and maintenance manual for Local Governments in Queensland. The manual was developed cooperatively with the NSW Water Directorate and is available for sale on CD or, for members, as separate chapters online.
