In February 2006 the QWD surveyed 126 Councils (120 responded) asking which would opt-out of accepting Greywater reuse applications. The results are summarised here. Note that the option to opt-out has since been removed by State Government (see Grey Water Fact Sheet).
Late in June 2007, the QWD sent out a "Customer Satisfaction Survey" to all members, in order for us to best gauge members needs.
The survey was confidential and only resulting aggregated data was provided to QWD. The attached is the completed survey with all feedback and comments included.
Thank you to all who responded and took the time to complete the questionnaire, it is invaluable to us to assist in forward planning for the future.
Some QWD surveys are available only to members. Please Login to view.
In May 2007 LGAQ received responses from 115 Councils on a survey about certainty of water supplies over the following year. A summary is available for download here.

The QWD was invited to partner in the planning process for the potential statewide roll-out of BWEP, a funding program run in coordination with councils to encourage businesses that are large water users to reduce their water use.

In December 2006, QWD undertook a survey of local governments across Queensland to gather information and gain feedback on specific issues.
