Operations and Maintenance
qldwater has created a number of Operations and Maintenance Manuals (sometimes working collaboratively with the NSW Water Directorate) to assist members in forming their own internal O&M Policies and Procedures documents.
The following documents have been distributed to members:

- Sewage Treatment Plant O&M Manual
- Fluoridation O & M Manual
- Wet and Dry Well Maintenance Manual
- Asbestos Pipe Cutting and Disposal Manual
A number of Industry Factsheets that deal with different aspects of O&M have also been developed to assist members.
