Recruitment of appropriately skilled workers is essential for all businesses.  In today’s current climate employers are competing with each other to attract and retain the most skilled workers.  Recruitment can also be a costly exercise and so it is important to get it right.  Interviews are becoming about the potential candidate interviewing the employer as well as the employer determining if the candidate is the best fit for the organisation. Government Skills Australia
