| With funding from the Australian Flexible Learning Framework qldwater has developed three online learning objects linked to units from the National Water Training package: • Tapping a water main • Maintain and Repair Wastewater Collection Assets (PDF version available here) • Monitor and Control Maintenance of Wastewater Collection and Transfer Assets (PDF version available here) These objects are designed to provide an easy to navigate overview of the topic including activities and video to assist with learning. To obtain a copy of any of these learning objects contact qldwater by emailing skills@qldwater.com.au. qldwater is has also developed an ‘Introduction to the Water Industry’ online course aimed at providing workers in the water industry with relevant information on the national and Queensland urban water industry. A Facilitators Guide will also accompany the course to assist with face to face delivery. Further information is available under the Queensland Water Skills Partnership link. |
